Delivery
Orders are delivered in Romania by courier. The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after the order is confirmed. The checkout displays the applicable delivery charge before the order is completed.
Return period
You may notify us that you wish to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 15 calendar days after receiving the product. Send the request through our contact page and include the order details so we can provide the return instructions.
Cosmetic-product hygiene: sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from return after they have been unsealed. This does not limit rights concerning faulty, damaged or non-conforming products.
Before sending a return
- Contact Glowy first and identify the order.
- Do not send a product to the registered office without receiving return instructions.
- Package eligible products securely to prevent damage in transit.
