These terms apply to every order placed on glowy.ro. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and agree to them.
The product
Glowy sells the Baby Face face serum online, 30 ml, with bakuchiol, squalane and botanical oils. The full ingredient list (INCI) is shown on the product page. Photographs are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly between batches.
Baby Face is a cosmetic product, not a medicine. It does not treat, prevent or cure any condition. If you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, do a patch test and ask a specialist.
Prices
The listed price is 99 RON per bottle, in Romanian lei, as a final consumer price. Shipping is added separately and shown at checkout before you place the order. There are no hidden costs: the total you see before pressing the order button is the total you pay.
How the contract is formed
- You add the product to the cart and fill in your delivery details.
- You choose a payment method and submit the order.
- We receive the order and confirm that we have taken it.
The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may refuse an order if the product is no longer available, if the delivery details are clearly wrong, or if we have good reason to believe it is fraudulent. In that case we will tell you and refund you in full if you have already paid.
Payment
You can pay by card through Stripe, or cash on delivery to the courier when the parcel arrives. Glowy has no access to your card details.
Delivery
We deliver within Romania by courier, in 2–3 working days from order confirmation. This is an estimate and may be affected by courier delays or public holidays. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the parcel.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The law gives you 14 calendar days from receiving the product; we give you 15 calendar days. Tell us with an unequivocal statement — easiest through the contact page — quoting your order details.
The cost of returning the product is yours, unless the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We refund you within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method, unless we agree otherwise.
Product conformity
If what you receive is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, you are entitled under applicable law to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction, or to a refund. Write to us with your order details and a photo and we will handle it.
Intellectual property
The Glowy name, the logo, and the text and photographs on this site belong to BYMARCCC GROUP S.R.L. and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent.
Disputes
We would rather solve any problem directly — write to us first. If we still cannot agree, you may contact the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC (anpc.ro), including its alternative dispute resolution procedure, or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by Romanian law and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
